Installation of PFD Kiosks at TapcoRAP and TuziRAP-3/19/20. The loaner PFD stations were installed by AZ Game and Fish, the Town of Clarkdale and the Verde River Institute after a 2½-year process begun in August of 2017 by Kim Lipsky, the VRI Chair. Her perseverence and passion for kayaking safety paid off today with these first ever on a river in the U.S. loaner kiosks!
